Call for Bids/Individual Consultancy Services
Assessment of the Rich Biodiversity Areas (Ecological Sensitive Areas) of the National
Spatial Plan in the West Bank

The government of the State of Palestine represented by the Environment Quality Authority (EQA) has received funding from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to implement a project titled “Assessment of the Rich Biodiversity Areas (Ecological Sensitive Areas) of the National Spatial Plan in the West Bank” as part of its strategy to develop the key biodiversity areas (KBAs) in Palestine.
EQA invites eligible individual consultants to express their interest in delivering the required services. The requested consultant should be a well-experienced individual Ecological Expert who should also have/make use of additional expertise in related fields including GIS and physical planning.
The application for the bid should include the followings:
1. Letter of interest from the consultant to carry out the requested services
2. Professional resume/s (maximum of 4 pages each) of the consultant (and the collaborators if applies)
3. List of similar tasks undertaken by the consultant
4. Technical offer explaining the proposed methodology and detailed work plan
5. Financial offer (in separate closed envelop) covering foreseen cost items of the requested services and a lump sum total of these costs.

The bid documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes and delivered to EQA headquarters by 18/05/2025 no later than 11:00 AM to the following address:

The costs of advertisement in local newspapers will be paid by the winning consultant.
